Yallabouli uses similar ingredients to the traditional, much-loved tabouli. But in this version, the main ingredient is burghul rather than parsley and tomatoes. The dish is typically eaten with pita bread but, if you can source fresh, tender vine leaves — or even cos lettuce leaves — it is even more delectable.
