From Imported ingredients. This classic Caribbean spice blend was traditionally used as a rub / marinade for tough meats like goat. Though it works just as well on any meat or poultry; or try it on fish or shrimp. To use as a marinade on meat, mix one tablespoon of the spices with one cup of dry white wine & the juice of one lime & allow to marinade overnight in the refrigerator (increase quantities as necessary)
