From Local & imported ingredients. Using duqqa: go down the traditional route & mix it with extra virgin olive oil & dip warm, crusty bread into it - very traditional & very tasty. Or try any one of these ideas: mix it with olive oil & use it on a pizza base; use it to thicken soups; as a condiment on anything & everything; or my favourite, make Egyptian eggs - soft boiled eggs coated with bread crumbs & duqqa then deep fried ... I'm drooling all over the keyboard at the thought of it... arghhh...
