2 bunches broccolini, sliced lengthways

2 tbs sundried tomatoes, sliced

100g green olives, halved
Garnish:

½ tsp barberries or pomegranate seeds
Dressing:

1 tbs black sesame seed, toasted

1 tbs lemon juice
-
1 tbs balsamic vinegar
-
½ tsp Yalla Yalla

½ tsp pomegranate molasses

½ tsp Muhammara
-
1 tsp Zaatar (Marwa’s Blend)
Method

Boil water in a small saucepan and blanch the broccolini for 2 minutes. Drain.

Place the broccolini, sundried tomatoes and olives in a bowl.

Add the dressing and toss to coat.

Sprinkle the barberries or pomegranate seeds to garnish, and serve.
