These terms govern the Oasis website only. They do not govern purchases made through the separate Shopify or Square ordering platforms linked from this website.

We work to keep information such as store hours, products and venue details accurate, but it may change without notice. Please contact the store directly to confirm details that matter to you, including allergen and dietary information.

The Oasis name, logo, photographs, recipes, text and design on this site belong to Oasis or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Ordering platforms and external links

Online orders are placed on separate platforms: groceries and catering through Shopify, and café orders through Square. When you follow one of those links, you leave this website. Each purchase is governed by the seller details, terms, pricing, availability, delivery or collection arrangements, refund policy and privacy policy presented on the relevant ordering platform at checkout — not by these website terms.

We also link to third-party services such as Google Maps and Instagram. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices.
