By becoming an Oasis Friends With Benefits (FWB) member, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Membership

To become a FWB member you must provide your name, email address, mobile phone number and postcode to the service attendant for them to create an account for you. Alternatively, you can complete an online application form and collect your FWB card in-store.

FWB Points

FWB Points accrue at the minimum rate of 1 point for every dollar spent in-store at our Murrumbeena store only. In order to earn FWB Points you need to scan your card, or advise the customer service attendant of your membership details, prior to the conclusion of the transaction.

Once your FWB Points balance reaches 2,000 points, you will receive a $10 credit that can be used as a discount on items you purchase at our Murrumbeena store only. FWB Points do not have any cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

VIP Status

Members in the top tier of points earners will have exclusive access to special promotions, sales and events.

Points Balance

To check your points balance, ask your service attendant in-store at the time of checking out.

Your information

Your personal information may be used by Oasis to contact you to advise of changes to our FWB terms & conditions, to let you know about upcoming Oasis events and promotions, to invite you to special FWB functions and VIP nights and also to contact you should you forget anything in-store or if there any issues with your transactions. Your information will not be disseminated to any third parties and will be held in the strictest of confidence.

Free Shipping Promotion (Online orders)

Promotion is available only on online orders which are delivered to addresses within Victoria.
Promotion can be combined with other offers or online discount code.
Promotion is not redeemable for cash.
The conditions for the free shipping are based on pricing of order and delivery address's postcode within Victoria.

• If the delivery address's postcode is inside our local delivery and Metro areas, free shipping will be applied when order is $250 or more.
• If the delivery address's postcode is outside these areas, free shipping will be applied when order is $350 or more.
