Organic Quark 365G - Schulz Organic Dairy

Coming from German stock, quark was a daily staple in our house. Mum slathered it on bread and crackers, topped baked potatoes, and dolloped it generously on a bowl of fruit. She cooked with it too- lasagnes, quiches, cheesecakes and unforgettable desserts,. Quark is truly the great dairy all-rounder. It mildly tart, thick, smooth and deliciously creamy. 

Ingredients: Non-homogenised certified organic cow's milk, live cultures (Acidophilus, Bifidos, L.Casei) and non animal rennet.
