Red Rice 500G
PREPARATION: In a saucepan bring 2cups of water and add one cup of red rice to the boil. Allow to simmer, covered, for 20 minutes, or just until rice kernels are tender. Remove from the heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
