This olive oil has been made from the finest olives harvested around Al Koura, in northern Lebanon. Cold pressing the olives, using ancient grinding stones, give a robust and mild oil, with notes of green grass and hay, very mild acidity and pungency, and a buterry mouthfeel. Perfect for dressing salads, with zaatar or lahneh, to finish cooked food, or simply to dip with fresh bread.
