Natural Dried Molokhia Leaves 180G



RECIPE: Boil some pieces of lamb & chicken with plenty of garlic & onions, salt & pepper (skim the water's surface as the meat is cooking). Remove the meat when cooked & add lemon juice to the water. Cook the molokhia in the water along with plenty of fried garlic. When the molokhia is tender, add the meat & allow it to warm. Your molokhia is now ready to serve. Molokhia is traditionally served with rice & accompanied by diced onions soaked in lemon juice, crumbled baked pita bread & vinegar
