Dandelion is a powerful diuretic, a strong liver and digestive stimulant & one of the best natural sources of potassium. It is also an invasive weed that seems to like inhabiting my backyard alongside the wild rabbits (cool band name, yeah?), the goats & the chickens. Seriously though, to make an infusion of dandelion root place two to three teaspoonfuls in a cup of water & bring to the boil Then gently simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. This should be drunk three times a day & take it easy on the booze.
