Moroccan Couscous Recipe October 12 2014



  1. Heat up the oil in a large sauce pan, add the onion.
  2. Once the onion turns golden add all the spices and chickpeas.
  3. Add the tomatoes, crushing them as you mix.
  4. Add the water and allow to boil.
  5. Once boiled turn off the heat and add the couscous, stir until well combined.
  6. Serve with tagine or great on its own.
