Orange Blossom Syrup Recipe October 12 2014



  1. Heat the sugar, water and lemon in a saucepan until the sugar is dissolved then boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Add orange blossom water.
  3. Allow to cool before using.
  4. This syrup can be used on a variety of sweets including ricotta and jam cigars, kuneffa and baklava.
